Awesome !!!!!!!!!

Are you gonna get it repaired ?

I know alot of people are gonna say repair it. But it is what it is. It may have been hit by a plow at one time as these are hard to bend, they're thick. In some instance a repair may be in order but this is a high dollar piece. To have it repaired could deminish the value. I at one time attended all the relic shows and was a dealer/collector traveling to Memphis,Atlanta,Nashville and all around the central MS area and real collectors prefer relics to be unaltered.

But its yours now, finders keepers to do with what you like. Congrats on a great find.

I really want to have it repaired but I'm having mixed emotions. I know it is what it is. Please don't take this out of context. I'm lucky to have excavated numerous confederate buckles and they all have cracks or been bent. I'd like to have one in perfect shape.
