I'd put jiiist a pinch o' Panacure in there to clean any worms out of 'er.

Looks like Tumbles is gonna have a new play mate :biggrin:
 
Specialy before those hunters git in there and most likely give her a dose o' #6 shot.
 
Seriously tho, If she is indeed pretty malnurished then any dog food is actualy to harsh on her system and she will not be able to digest it. In fact, it can cause vomiting which will only further dehydrate her.
I have resuced many dogs in pretty bad shape.
The turkey and rice, allthough costly, will be not only very gentle on her system, it is also the most nurishment that you can give her in her state.
If yer not familiar with Panacure, you can get it at any feed store. It comes in a tube big enough that you will never ever use it all unless you have a horse.It wil also gently cleanse her system of any parasites without costin you a trip to a vet followed by a huge vet bill. Ya don't have to worry 'bout disguisin it either. Jist mix it in the food.
You probably allready know all this stuff tho huh?
