Cut up some meat and made beef jerky all afternoon...

I made beef jerky today. Went to the butcher shop and got a real good deal on about 13 pounds of beef. Took it home and cut all the fat out of it and ground it. Mixed it with spices and formed it with a jerky gun onto trays and it
