An 1853 Seated Liberty Quarter. Down here in South Texas it is hard to find mid 1800 coins and when we do they are more likely to be Spanish reales. I was knocked off my feet when this came out. Except for a indent on the bottom, this coin is in incredible shape. I would go back, but I was banned by my buddy who took me. I think if I promise to leave the detector and dig all of their finds, I will be allowed to go. Just kidding.
