Got this quite awhile ago. Has NASA Tom’s signature on it so I sent NASATom a text and photo asking if he signed it. He said he did and he thinks it’s the only one he’s signed. Did his mod on it, good for 12”. Have 4 coils for it, the FZ-12 being the 4th coil. Works great.

12 inch test on a dime is a good one. Many years ago, I looked far and wide for a FZ12 coil and finally got one that was in a bundle with a CZ5. The guy would not sell just the coil so I bought the entire bundle. I kept the FZ12 (it has not come off my CZ6a for about two decades now). I sold that CZ5 with the 8 inch coil it also came with to Steve Noga who put it into a water proof box for water hunting.
You have a great beach hunting set up with a deep CZ and an FZ12!
