D.B. Cooper's Parachute Possibly Found!

Very interesting find in Washington state. Some children have found an old parachute in the vicinity of where it was believed that DB Cooper may have jumped. My first observation was that the chute appears to have been deployed where most believed he died instantly from the jump. Also it was found quite a distance from where another child found 5800.00 of the 200,000.00 that he had. The serial numbers matched those from the ransom money as the FBI recorded the serial numbers. Anyone here not familiar with this story should find it quite interesting. Just Google DB Cooper!

thanks for your post about DBCooper..I had never heard this story....(where have I been all my life?)

I just cannot imagine the chance of a parachute being found in the area where it is believed he jumped belonging to someone else. I believe this will be pretty big news nationwide. This to date is the only unsolved hijacking worldwide! I have been interested in this story for a while now and look forward to the outcome of this breaking news. This has been a widely told story amongst treasure hunters as it is believed the money could be found. Stay tuned!

D.B. Cooper's money and where it possibly could be. The amount that was found could have fallen out of his bag when he landed and lived to take the rest with him! Who knows how long this story will be told and possibly remain unsolved, if this isn't his parachute!

God Bless!

Nice...

Apparently the children who just found the chute couldn't pull it all out of the ground so they cut it. I just heard the FBI is going to do a dig and see whats left! It was about 5-6 miles apart from where the 5800.00 was found years ago. Very strange indeed! Mr Dan Cooper may have actually made it against all past and common belief that he died as a result of the jump. He was familiar with airplanes and aviation as was evident by his conversation with the flight crew so I was never convinced that he died. Possibly, but maybe not!
