They make something similar to put on bull’s horns, but I do not think that is what this is…. Intriguing piece!!

After research,it's called a hames and the old timers turned them into canes , my dad still calls it a noggin knocker,lol, but absolutely was draft tack now I need to go find the other one,or make me a cane for my dad
