Ok Brad and I went to another old farm house site today, it was right by the one where were at yesterday, nothing remained except the barns, the house has been gone for 20+ years I am told by the farmer. We were just hunting the open field.

I got an awesome arrowhead, I know I was metal detecting but my eyes are glues to the ground when I detect and with the size of this baby, there was no missing it, it was right on top the ground!!

I also got an 1890 IH penny, 3 wheats, 1918, 1945 and a no dater. Several marbles that were on top the dirt. I wish I knew more about them, I have no clue if any of these are valuable or not?? One looks hand made, it appears to be ceramic instead of glass, and one even looks dull like it is made of clay possibly???

Brad got a 1919 wheat, and 2 silver Merc's 42 and 44.

anyhow here are the pics, I made a video and will post it when it gets on youtube.

nice arrow head
cool marbles
lots of clad
ring
heart pin

Congrats Goes 4 ever..I am happy you found a sucessful place to hunt that is producing the goods. The arrowhead is neat, Sounds like brad did fairly well to. only one question though...whats an IH penny?

n/t

me terrific? naw...........just lucky. If the coin is not under the coil I am not gonna get it...lol
here is the IH penny when I found it, I thought it would clean up better than it did

I absolutely love the arrow head! Nice marbles too. Some appear to be from late 1800's to early 1900's. Great finds Terry! :)

Glad to have ya post here.

God bless!

That is a really nice arrowhead and I the color is great! Nice size too! That will bring you some moolah! The marbles appear to be very old like Mike said.....I have found a few clay marbles...but none that look like those glass ones though that I remember anyway! Congrats! :clapping:

God Bless!

You certainly have some wonderful finds there. The arowhead is wonderful. You can search for marbles on ebay and maybe get an idea of what to look for. Search highest price first. I believe submarine marbles hit at the very top. I always save my marbles in an antique glass jar. I would hate to loose them!!

worth something. The arrow head being a real native Americanartifact is certainly the better of the two. The marbles not much, but cool! I save all of them I find. Bring the arrow head and I will do what I can to check on a value and find out what tribe etc....
