First off I apologise to those of you who have waiting for my views on how the Deepers 7 performs.
Just after I posted on the forum the last time my life went to hell in a wheelbarrow I am now back on track and should get down to the beach this weekend.
I recieved a very interesting e-mail from the Philippines from a chap wanting info on the Deepers 7 who told me the Deepers 8 was now out. So I went onto the Deepers site and had a look. I e-mailed them a question about the meter on the new model on numerous occasions over the last few days and my e-mails cannot get through. Hope nothing happens to my machine meantime.
They seem to be a very secretive company why haven't they sent a unit to one of the treasure hunting magazines to be field tested ?
It's a lot of money to spend, but, for myself, the machine does what I want it to do, finding large metal deep on farm and moorland. The price point for me was important as opposed to similar units at twice the price.I have always been a chance taker, my wife says of me that she may die of worry but never of boredom lol.
But I dont want to take chances with some other souls hard earned cash because my needs and theirs will probably be two different things.
Is there any way that I could have the machine tested by an independant source that the forum accept, this would clarify once and for all what it can and cannot do.
Perhaps Mr Bill or Mr Foster could give me some pointers on how to deal with the situation.
Thanks
Davy R.
