I went to a electrical store and got 2 connectors. Wired center pin strait and flopped the two side wires. Wrapted them up. And wala she work like a champ. Pinpoint is off. 1 inch shows up as 3 but I dont care. Discription id works perfect. I get about 4.5 to 5 inches on all modern coinage. A tiny gold ring 14k got 5 inches. These are air tests. So im happy. Got a totlot coil. From my bh quicksilver and saved the 40 on getting a cheap small coil. Im unempoyed at the moment. So cant afford the good small coils. So if anyones wondering. The screw in box a harness can convert it to push in. But loose some depth on bigger coils. The 4 is same. But the deltas stock 8 and then putting on the same coil but push in lost about half depth on air test. But o well. I just needed the 4 incher anyways.

Good job Nick, keep us posted on how this works for ya after a couple hunts. It would be nice to have a small concentric.

Always like hearing about the mod guys and what they are up to. I think since the Teknetics, Bounty Hunter and Fisher units all come from the same plant, the screw in or plug in connectors is a way to keep them separated. I use the screw in 8" coil on my F75. Works like a champ and NO BOTTLE CAPS!

Nice post...
