Depth

I would like to know what kind of depth you are getting on the AT Pro verses some of your other detectors. Has anyone used the small coil?

The small coil is not available at the moment. My first pro had coil false when it bumped stuff in the woods. On flat ground not a problem. It is deeper then my hot Goldbug SE 29er. Great relic hunter and I'm sure it will excel at fresh and salt water beaches. I got a 10" shotgun shell in iron soil with a strong tone. Large iron that is not super deep comes back as iron most of the time in the iron id mode. The pro is fast to recover in iron

but a slight edge to the GB and G2. No problems finding coins and deep relics. The coil problem has been fixed. If your tall the shaft will wobble when extended. Shaft clamp fixes this minor inconvenience. My favorite Garrett so far.
