..I was only going to take either my Garrett 1350,for the dry,or my Fisher 1280X for wet/dry
-THEN I seen the weather forecast for Friday;snow/rain for the day.....I said FISHER 1280X FOR SURE-MADE to get wet!!!
THEN I had a thought:WHAT IF,Heaven forbid,my Fisher goes

SO I got out me trusty Golf Gard(Did I ever tell y'all about that and howit is for carryin detectors)??You can buy 'em at Meijers,Wal-Mart,LOTS of places-Its basically a BIG plastic carryall thats made for carryin yer golf clubs-holds my 2 detectors,digger,and a bag for batteries,tools.etc....closes with 3 clasps;even has a locking provision!!I think Pete on here has seen the one I got-Load her up,throw her in the truck,and
away ya go!!You should see the funny looks I get when somebody says GOLFING,ARE WE???and I say NOPE-METAL DETECTING!!!ANYWAY:I got my waders packed,my SEAL-SKIN socks(If my waders spring a leak;my feet will remain DRY!!!);sand scoop,gotta get batteries-OH!!!TOMORROW;Im goin detecting at a park that goes back to the turn of the century;they got an old MILL-POND there;Ive found Buffalo nickels;and WHEAT PENNIES in the past!!I'll fill ya's all in on how I did..........

. But, that's the way I think, take every possible helpful item. That's why we need bigger and bigger vehicles.
