General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Looking to buy a straight upper shaft for my new Excalibur II . With a handle on it as in the picture.

Does any one know where to get this one? If you have one for sale I will buy it with a personnal check or money order

Looks like an upper shaft from a Sovereign GT.
 
Make your own,

Taco Aluminum tube
comes in 6' lenths
7/8 " OD. I paid $ 19.99

MineLab handle , around $20 any dealer
arm cuff from Excal or Sov. or Alum. any dealer

Any boating store carries this tubing

I have made 3 pc travel shafts & two pc. shafts
 
Yup that one is a sovererign .I want one just like it..That was just an example of what I am looking for .
 
Thanks gobble-gobble. good idea but where can I find the clips that go inside the holes as well?
we have no dealers around here except Whites....John
 
Thanks a lot , I made one from a Car washing brush and its perfect...

The only thing I need to complete it is a upright handle.
I will surf the internet for one when I have time...Thanks again Gobble.......John:clapping:
 
I sold this shaft you have pictured to the current owner.
I got it with some other access. and didn't have a use for it.
You can buy them from dealers, but the handgrip in not included and has to be purchased separately.
The shaft sells for about $44 and the handle is another $22 if you want new.
It is a Sovereign shaft like the others stated.
 
Thanks for the info .I was able to make my own straight shaft, but still need the handle.
the only ones I see on line from dealers are $80.00.
I wont pay that for a dumb handle but my yankee ingenuity will make one ..Thanks for the info.....John
 
Try a bike shop for a handle. You should be able to find one there that is better than the stock minelab example.
