Deus 2 water antenna

Natedogg

Member
So I have a question regarding the deus 2 water antenna. When I do use it which is not very often I usually thread it inside the shaft and connect to my coil, rather then wrapping the wire up the outside of the shift. Its often frustrating because I have different coils that I use, already attached to lower rods which I can easily exchange, but have to rethread the coil each time. My question is does the wire need to be in contact, or connected to the coil to work. Or can I place it higher up on the lower rod.
Thanks,
