DEUS CAME THRU CAPPED BUST HALF DIME

Detecting the river today and found an 1835 capped bust half dime, still didn't beat my oldest (1822 large cent) but very very nice I gotta say!! And I didn't find it with my ctx I found it with my NEW DEUS! Man I love it, awesome machine the DEUS is!!!!!!!!

Very nice find. How deep, how did the signal sound? I have owned a Deus for about 3 weeks, still getting comfortable with it, but the more time I get on it the more confidence in it I have. just haven't dug any "good" deep targets but I have been down 8" digging junk so I know I just gotta figure out how to speak Deus.....

All the silver I have dug has been easily recognizable as silver as it was untarnished...what caused the heavy tarnish on this coin, did the old coins have less silver?

It was in the river bank! It was down about 9 to 10" and had 5 or 6 square nails In with it! My to e was faint but repeatable, I knew I was digging a coin by the size of the pinpoint!
