Have been anxious to try out the Deus - here in Orange/Culpeper area, soil is as bad as it gets so have been chomping at the bit to take her out for a test drive.
Is this just another pretty screen or can this thing really punch through this clay?
Hit a section of yard that I have hunted numerous times prior with other machines....surprised to get a nice repeatable signal. Lost it under a root for a bit.....did the happy dance when this southern button popped into sunshine it hadn't seen for 150 years.
Was tinkering with the RELIC program.....bumped the reactivity from 0 to 1 and audio response to 2.
I already like this machine - a lot! Pulliing a button at 7 inches in this dirt is not an easy task.....Easy GB...light as a feather..lots of customization/options/tweaks although the basic programs are probably more than enough......Looking forward to a good year with the Deus and learning more about her!
