Deus Fast,

JBM

New member
I have a small worked out ??? site which has been lived on over many centuries.

Its Iron infested, but still gives up finds that other machines have missed in the past.

This is where Deus Fast does the business, swinging very slowly with the small coil.

With a little luck once in a while in the iron there comes a little chirp and a small piece of non ferrous pops up.

As Iam walking wounded I can only detect for about 45 minutes but in that short time these 2 tiny Rose farthings (Mid 1600`s Charles I) came out from hiding at about 4-5" in the centuries of ferrous.

I hope this gives the new Deus owners in idea of just what the Deus Fast setting can do for us all.Jerry.

Jerry,

Nice "small" finds. I have read several of you post and glad you have taken some time from Roger's forum to post here. Nothing beat experience. Hey BTW, why are you in the walking wounded category?

Jerry probably has more experience with the machine than all the US Deus owners combined. If you want to learn about the Deus, read his posts.

those are impressive! thats what keeps surprising me about the Deus is it's finding coins that have been missed that are less than 5 inches.. How does that happen.. I've been going back to pounded out spots and finding targets.. thing is the signals are not spotty or hard to hear, they are loud and clear and I don't have to come in at different angles to hear them. It's like they are in a spot that's not been hunted.. that's whats impressive to me.. thanks for the post!

I used the Fast program for the first time on a homeplace with lots of iron and nails this weekend, it really impressed me. Like JBM said "there comes a little chirp and a small piece of non ferrous pops up"
