I hunted private property today which was a nice and quieter break from the two trashy parks I've been hunting the last couple of days. Although I've eked a few keepers from the parks, it's taken me most of a day to do it because of iron and minimal keepers. So today I got out to some private property I have permission to hunt and although I wasn't the first hunter to the site, I was still able to come away with these keepers. HH!

As an almost strictly trashy park hunter, I completely understand needing a break! So good for you! And congrats on some very nice finds.

Congratulations on a nice hunt! It looks like you're on an old property.

I've always been a big fan of the 8 kHz freq. Latley I've been using the 4 kHz freq, and I'm finding it is hitting the coins harder than any of the other frequency's. I just have to get my mind wrapped around the lower TID numbers. LOL!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that if XP issues a software update it'll include the ability to select frequency other than 18Khz to set ID Norm...that will alleviate some confusion for many of us. That said, I sure like switching programs on the fly and noting TID changes to help make the dig decision.
