Deus TID numbers and chart

I decided to test some coins and see where the TID came in on the 4 different frequencies. The total spread listed at the bottom was how many TID numbers there were between a nickel and a quarter. The numbers out to the right of the coins was the total number of TID numbers between the coins. For example on the 4khz there was a 19 TID spread between a nickel and indian and a 3 TID spread between the indian and the zinc. This is how they came up on my Deus, yours may be different. This really helped me when creating my own programs.

You have probably done the most to make sure that V3 syncs all of the vdi numbers for us. If they do that it lessens the value of your hard work. Thanks for posting. I always have to test a few things when I change frequencies to get it in my head. Seeing it away from the detector helps me remember it. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Bill and Don and everyone else on the forum for taking their time to share their knowledge with us. This forum has many good folks on it. One thing to remember, if the coin is mixed with iron, the iron will drag the TID numbers down so don't let the goodies slip past you, the tones are very important to learn as well. Happy hunting and may all have a season and full of great finds!

no mention of the tiny US gold coin $ ,wheres that on the scale?

U.S. Dollar coin

All measured at 6" to help meter id

By frequency

7.7 khz - 43
12 khz - 50
18 khz - 59

In pitch program I could detect the small gold coin at 10". Lost ID around 7" but still a good dig signal.

From my files..I didn't do the tests. Sorry I don't have an attribution to make.
