This post is in reference to one I made about 45 minutes. My first post, I couldn't even understand it and I haven't even been drinking today. I have the 12 inch loop that came with my DFX 300. I've used this loop on about a half dozen relic hunting trips. The loop is like new with a spider coil cover. I recently bought a 6 by 10 loop and love it. The spider coil doesn't do it for me in the woods or the weeds. I've tried that solid coil cover and the way I hunt it just fills up with dirt.
