DigDoug - how's Brian doing? Praying

...the surgery was delayed a couple of hours and then we had to wait a couple of hours in recovery before they had a room ready. In addition to his surgery we got a call from his pediatrician as we were driving to Nashville to tell us Brian has a staff infection. I took him to the doc last Wedn. because of a chronic cough and they took a culture from his trach. They gave him a dose of the strongest anit-biotic made before surgery to try and knock it out. They said we may end up here a week because of the staff infection but we should know more tomorrow after the Infectious Disease doctors look at Brian. If it isn't one thing it's another!!
