Man today was a great day to hunt!!! Great food great friends and some great finds came out today, sadly my camera battery didn't care that I wasn't done taping. Goio found an awesome 1917 wheat penny. (He has a MineLab SE though) The religious pendant (its light, I think its aluminium, Goio was letting me use his SE so I can see what it is like, so that pendant was my first official find with a MineLab SE. I didn't get hardly any footage of anybody else, for that I am sorry guys. But my buddy Bomber made BBQ puled pork sandwiches!!!! They were out-of-this-world!!!!! We had a good mix of brands of detectors out in our group, we had 2 Garrett Ace 250's, MineLab SE, Fisher F75 (I think), 2 Wights MXT's, and a Bounty-Hunter LandStar (I think). I'm not sure if they are all correct with the models, but we definitely had a good variety of machines out today. There was a guy that wasn't in our group that found a gold plated religious medallion the size of a 50 cent piece!!!!!! That was NICE!!!! I also found an old perfume/cologne bottle, I have it, but I didn't include it in the video (its a nasty inside, I'm cleaning it up now)

Remember, these are big pic's, just click on the, to blow them up to full size...

Does anybody have any idea how old the toy pistol is??? Oh well, here is my finds:

Great videos, Treasurefiend!

Great finds! The toy pistol has to be from the late 40's -50's.

As I kid during those years,, I was fascinated with cowboys and the "wild west" and would beg my mother to let me buy a toy pistol so that I could "play cowboys" with anyone in the neighborhood.

I would go to the 5& dime store and immediately head for the toy section and just pick up each pistol and wish I could buy it...but .."sorry, I haven't got money for those things" my mom would say.

The religious medal is of the "Sacred Heart of Jesus "on one side and "The Infant of Prague"( Blessed Mother holding Baby Jesus) on the other.

Love the coin finds! Keep 'em comin'

You had a great day and enjoy your nice finds! The cap pistol is very decorative! I gave my brothr, Larry, a set of guns with holster for Christmas when they were still young and at home! I had graduated and was living in ST. Louis with a job by then! God Bless!

Neat stuff!

Yea, I love this hobby too!!!! Hook line & sinker!!!

Either the 50's or 60's.... I remember buying them back then, very popular little piece. They even came with a holster to carry it on a thin belt... Hope it helps, but I may be wrong on the circa. Nice finds by the way. HH....
