Here are some of the gills we caught. I should have made more because the kids devoured them in about 5 minutes. I still have about 40 more fillets I vacuum sealed and put in the freezer. Man that was some good eating!

a great recipe for baked fish. It's taste great. The topping has yellow, red and orange sweet bell peppers, some dill, lemon and of course some mayo and stuff to make the sauce. The only thing fattening is the mayo but it taste so good. If ya ever make it up this way again we'll cook up some for ya. I can send you the recipe if you want. PM me your email addy.
