IS THE MINIPULSE BY PULSEPOWER DEVOLPMENTS COIL WATER PROOF ? I WOULD LIKE TO GO IN ABOUT A FOOT OF SALTWATER WITH IT , OR IF NOT IS THEIR A WAY I MAY BE ABLE TO WATER PROOF AROUND WHERE THE WIRE CONNECTS TO THE COIL ?
 
You should be OK in a foot of water. All my coils from way back before the Minipulse were designed to be submersible. Hopefully it is still the original coil in which the windings were solidly potted in resin.
