Does anyone else love Mercury Dimes like I do ?

Sure I found that Barber two days ago , but this morning I popped this beauty out the first five minutes of the hunt...I won't brag about the next two hours , as I have two wheat pennies to show for that..lol..But either way , I love seeing Mercury head dimes come out of the ground , especially the earlier date ones that are in good shape..Seems most mercs are always dated 1940 to 1945 ...This is a nice one for me .

I love finding mercs. Nice job.

I have only found one barber dime this year, compared to nine found last year. This year has been all about mercs and rosies .. :bouncy:

I love the mercs too and you're right, some dates are just hard to come by. Nice finds.

I like 'em...but not as much as my detecting buddy, he dug a 1916 D holy grail merc last year, here in Michigan. I hate that it wasn't me that dug it!

Yup, I love the Mercs. Yes, silver ir silver, but they are so pretty- always make me smile! :)

I told a fellow once that I had found a nice mercury dime and he asked "if it was dangerous to handle it". I had to explain, NOT that kind of mercury dude.

Nice one Todd!
