Does anyone have a 250 for sale

I know that's a dumb question but I have to ask. My 16 yr old nephew used my ace 250 and fell in love with it and now my sister said I created a monster. This is what he wants for xmas,the bad news is she only has $100.00 to spend .I can kick in alittle .Does anyone have any info on that train of thought.Thank you very much in advance, How about a 150?Love the forum ,thanks ,Gary
 
Okay lets get him a New Garrett ACE 250 I am willing to put in some money that i have found with my ACE 250. I can not sale my ACE 250 because it is my favorite detector..I feel this would be a great idea to help a young person get started in metal detecting.It took me 25 years to be able to afford a good metal detector and i chose the Garrett ACE 250.

Unless the prices went up I'd think you'd get a new one with warranty.
Are they still $212.00? Thats really inexpensive, but still the way the economy is
if you can get it cheaper then go for it.

Did you find one? I'd let mine go for that $150.
 
I have another detector, but use my Ace for tot lots. I don't care how much you pay for a detector, there is nothing better than an Ace in a tot lot. Especially if it has a sniper coil on it. It will hit on silver and copper before it will iron. Just shake the coil over the target and you will see what I mean. You can get so close to the equipment with out it sounding off and get the goodies other miss.

If something ever happens to my Ace I would get another one right away.
