Does Bounty Hunter 505 work in wet grass?

...Anyone used this model in wet grass? I've been using the pioneer 202 and the wet grass sets it off. How does the 505 compare with any of the Whites detectors?

Can not ever recall running across that with wet grass but I have encountered something similar with tree roots. Are you scrubbing the grass with the coil or swinging just above it? Also, did you try turning down the Sensitivity?
