Does Minelab reply to your emails?

Wrote them twice about the Quattro...no replies! Am overseas so picking up the phone is too $$$ expensive.
Yes for sure this forum is too quiet. In some forums, the manufacturer/owner comes in to provide info & power tips (and yes I have Andy's book) about your detector. We need something like that to liven up this forum.

Doug: I have conversed with Dick Shultz through e-mail, and he always replies. If I were you I would try again. Good Luck.

I know when they changed their computers software some E Mails would not be received as they went into their spam files I was told when I sent them a few E Mails with the AOL account and wonder if they got that glitch repaired yet.I would try it again like Tony said right to Dick.

I've been conversing with Roland Vachet it marketing at the Las Vegas facility, and he's been prompt about returning emails. Keep trying, and yea, I wish some of the tech guys at minelab would get in on the forum too. My guess is they probably figure we'd swamp em with questions and they'd be too busy returning replies, but it would be great to have any one of them in on it.
