Nice collection Bill. I have not had any luck finding the dollar coins yet. Do they hit in the dollar or half dollar block? I need to hit some good parks here soon. Been trying out some bike/jogging trails this week after work and will check out and tally up what i dug up ,on Friday. Will post a picture then or Sat. Looks like you and John Edmonton are the dollar guys. <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">

Both types of dollar coins read as quarters, which I suppose makes sense, based on their size and composition. I've only found one Sac. dollar (in a schoolyard) and no Susam B. dollars to date. Nice collection, Bill.

Have you had the opportunity to find a Susan with the 250? Just wondering if it gets as excited with her as it does with our loonies and toonies.

quarters. The one was on a fresh water beach. Turned it black as coal. The other was in a bark/mulch playground at a park. They were with my GTA 1000 though. You might try an air test as that will give you a close read.

Kinda thought they would be around a quarter reading or so. Thanks
