...This sciatica I have is gettin REALLY SOBERING..When I do my walking;its not too bad-but throw my joint-strengthening exercises in the mix;and my stretching;and..WELL-OK;I haven't cried from it-not yet;anyway...I got arthritis in mylower back and hips;and that is irritating the nerves that come out of my spine into my legs...That old Mr.Sciatic nerve is really makin itself known tonite...Feels like a vice around my hip area;and muscle spasms down both legsIts gettin worse-I am going to try that Glucosamine stuff they have advertised for your joints-I guess I can go get pain -blocker shots too;or even cortisone shots-Something better work-The only time I stop hurting is when I go to bed-And I refuse to live the rest of my life sittin on my backside;cause of a little(??) pain

remove your wallet from your back pocket when driving. The lump doesn't help blood circulation and feels like your leg is about to fall off once you step out of the vehicle after driving awhile.

That isn't a cure, just a help in letting the blood flow.

first of all its caused by a pinched nerve,problably by a herniated disc.,bad thing about it they get worse,went through a series of apadural-injections into the spine,did not do abit of good they gave all kind of pain pills,the kind that you have to have thePOPE SIGN FORits the highest dope they can give you!!!well,did not do abit of good pain got so bad that i was bed -ridden.had back operated on,they went throught the front of my stomach and they put two tiatulunm perferated cylinders between my l-4 and l-5 disc.guess whatone week later same old pain again,$38,000 down the tube!!!where do go from here--first thing get away from this QUACKS!!SINCE THIS WAS AN INJURY FROM WORK,WELL CAN YOU IMAGINE THE red tapeIT TOOK I YEAR TO GET THE BALL ROLLING;WENT TO THE BIG CITY--HOUSTON,TEXAS.GOT A GOOD A GOOD DOC--TOLD ME THAT WAS THE THE WRONG OPERATION,SHOULD HAVE GONE FROM THE BACK.HE OPERATED ON ME AND HAD TO LEAVE THE CYLINDERS IN,BUT PUT TWO RODS,ONE CROSS-MEMEBER,6 SCREWS---THE PAIN WAS GONETHANK YOU LORD!!BUT,THEY HAD TO TAKE BONE OFF MY HIP-STILL ACHES AT TIMES--STILL HAVE SOME BACK ACHES,BUT NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE LIKE.ONCE YOU HAVE HAVE BACK PROBLEMS YOU GOT THEM FOR LIFE--UNLESS JESUS HEALS YOU.I PRAISE HIM THAT I CAN WALK SOME.BEST THING TO DO TO MAKE SURE GET A MRI ON YOUR BACK--THEN THE SPINAL-TAPCALLED THE MOLYGRAM:veryangry:GOOD LUCK--PRAY HARD!!!

on the muscles around that nerve and she used to suffer the same pain. A massage therapist gave her a massage and she felt better for about 2 weeks at a time. Her previous husband had a therapist come in and Sherry got to get a massage about every 2 weeks and felt so much better.

Just a thought.
