We took Ms. Lincoln to town yesterday,VERY narrowly avoided some woman in an out-of-state SUV shooting right out onto a rural highway turning right without stopping,or EVEN LOOKING to her left to see Ms.Lincoln coming very close to her left door panel...I would have hated to see what it would have looked like,had our 4,600 Lb. car piled into her mostly plastic SUV.....Even if not my fault,wouldn't have mattered for her........Today,I took Ms. Lincoln in for service for our trip to my sister's,tomorrow.......At the dealer,some young service technician jumped into a car,and proceeded to back up at what looked like 50 mph,right at Ms. Lincoln and me.I swerved,laid on the horn and yelled,all at once.....Had that parking lot been smaller,Ms.Lincoln's left rear quarter panel would have been toast,and that car dealer would have been a recipient of my immense anger
:veryangry:.....Problem is,I have no collision insurance on it;even if I did,at $1,000 of damage,they woulda called it totaled,and paid me$500.00
.....She will be 25 years old next year,I want to look into classic car insurance that includes collision coverage-IF she MAKES it to 2014 crash free,that is..........
