Dry Beach

I went out to Virginia Beach a couple of days ago. I used the pre-programed "Dry Beach" program with out any modifications. It was cold and windy out so I was only out about 1 1/2 hours. I found a handful of cloins to include 1 dime 5 penneys, 3 quarters and some beer bottle caps. The caps registered around 89-85 but the tone was different that a coin. The coins were seemed much sharper. I think with practice I will be able to tell the difference more easily. I have not yet played with the tones yet. Has anyone set up tones for the beach?
