got the gear packed and ready to hit an old picnic grove for a few hours this morning before the heat becomes unbearable. forecast for this afternoon is heat indexes of 108 to 112, so gotta hunt early. hope to have some decent finds to post later today. happy hunting and be careful of the heat if you venture out today...........roger
well. spent almost 4 hours this morning hunting the old picnic grounds and got SKUNKED! not one stinking coin....nada, zip, zilch. only good thing about it was i might have sweated off 5 pounds ... when we left the grove the heat index was 100 degrees and the humidity was so thick you could cut it with a knife. rest of my day is going to be in a/c with a few long necks...............roger
well thats a killer man, i went out today my self just trying to get familiar with my other machine and all i got was a deep square nail .20cents and a brass key
