Here is a view from the path leading away from the cross over...notice on the left side there is a ladder attached permanently to the concrete...they swim in that area...there are steps nailed to the tree next to that area for kids to climb and jump into the water from..

The path itself is interesting...where does it go? Probably Steve (warthog) and I will find out later. This is in a farming community dating back to the 1880s. I had a short hunt along the path leading to the cross over from the parking area. Over $1.20 in change (modern stuff..earliest was around 1970). There were lots more signals than I had time to dig. So think this will be another spot for warthog and I to check into if ya want...and even if ya didn't find a thing Steve...the view going there is breathtaking.

Couldn't find a recent pic but you cannot imagine how this looks in luscious greens of trees and grasses and blues of the sky now.
