Eldorado & cleansweep-jewelry each time out

I went on 5 separate hunts with this set up, and a pc of jewelry came out each time. Now I know what you guys mean by having fun with the old beep&dig machines. I don't usually dig everything in parks and sports fields with my notch & metered machines, so this shows me how much I am missing. I do dig a lot more trash, but a lot of good stuff hides in the trash. The fun part is that you just listen for a good solid tone, and dig. Never know what it is gonna be till the target comes out. I don't bother rolling the disc knob, I just like to be surprised. I also noticed I've gotten a higher nickle to clad ratio than normal. Pretty cool! I like it a lot.

You can also click this link to see other photo bucket pics of the trash dug for each of the hunts.

Cool way to detect. The eldorado is a great unit. I had one once. I have never used a clean sweep. It looks fun. Thanks for sharing!!

Looks like the cleensweep / Eldorado combo works well!
Curious - How heavy is that coil?

Never used a Cleansweep coil before, had taken a look at getting one but just could not fathom what i would use it for ?? i/we dont tend to do parks or other municipal areas here in the UK,they do cover a fair amount of ground but the depth is not the best,so decided i would not buy one, they are not popular at all hear as they would be no good on farmland or pasture, but if we did detect parks etc then they would be more widely used i guess.

I can see that they would work well on shallow jewellery site situation and with he good discrimination of a Tesoro would reduce the amount of canslaw or small iron and just detecting the decent finds.

thanks for the reminder :bouncy: yep disc low dig hard and be surprised what's not to like , now where did I put that thing :lmfao:

good job keep going if there's one there's more :clapping:

1.232 lbs. or 19.72 oz
I believe the white's bigfoot coils were a bit lighter at like 16.8 oz
The cleansweep coil will make the Tesoros a bit nose heavy. I don't really notice it unless I am swinging constantly for a long stretch. In a park setting, I am more likely to get sore knees or legs than a sore arm from swinging.

I was a little surprised at the depth I was getting with the Eldorado and this coil. I found many of the aluminum bottle caps at 4-5 inches ringing in loud. I agree that this coil is no depth demon, but a little shocked to have targets at that depth ringing in loud and clear. My Tesoro Golden does not seem to pronounce them as well. I can't remember what my old Bigfoot coil did for average depth on the DFX, but I don't think it was any better per say.

Junk necklace and junk ring, but still jewelry I guess. Nickle count continues to impress me.
Seems that in high target/trash areas, my trash to good target ratio is about equal. I don't mind. I haven't had any old sites to hunt lately, and the water is getting a bit chilly, so I'll do my part to rid the parks of trash and collect the rewards that come with it. LOL.

Haha a I remember seeing one of you videos with that coil. I believe that it was with the cibola. How you swung out to the tip to pinpoint looked easy.
Been looking at this coil for the past couple of days.
