for the deepstar? but without the coil housing, just the inner winding itself. what i want to do is sew the inner coil wire into the hymm of a long overcoat that way i can detect as i walk along the beach without anyone knowing what i'm doing, except when i stop to dig an occasional "clam" it probaly wont pick up coins but thats ok i'm looking for larger targets. thanks

Hi David,
I don't have a winding jig for a 20in coil and at this point in time I am very busy on our standard products, so I don't have any time left for specials.
If you decide to purchase a Deepstar, it is fairly easy to experiment with unusual coils yourself, as it is just a single winding. It is not possible to do any damage to the electronics provided the coil inductance and resistance are within fairly wide limits i.e. 150 - 500uH and not less than 2 ohms.
Eric.
