Automatic Retuning circuit on GoldScan II detector? If it possible can you give me directions on how to add such circuit or perform the job for a small fee, please post or e-mail me further detail on this matter asap .. Thank you

Hi Bill,
Yes it can be done if it is the right model. I presume your Goldscan is the one with electronics and battery all in one box? There were two versions of circuit board in these machines. On early ones the circuit was potted and can't be modified. Later ones OK. If you open up the case and there is a small black box just behind the panel filled with black resin, that is an early one that can't be changed.
