Putting the Pulse Devil aside for the moment and considering value for the dollar. Is their any chance that we will see a Goldquest SS with ground balancing added?

No particular reason at all. I just really didn't notice it even though it was right under a post I made, sorry.
To answer your question, I really don't know. The Goldquest SS works well the way it is. Adding ground circuitry although aiding in tracking, does have a affect on depth, and sensitivity. This is not to mention a large increase in cost $$$$.
There always trade off's in designs. We have to weigh one against the other.
