Hi Porter,
The Deepstar and the Aquastar are fitted with a variable SAT control for just this purpose. The Beachscan, being more of an economy design was not so fitted, and it had been in production in the UK in a different guise for some years, without the apparent need to vary or shorten the SAT time. However, now that the unit is being sold in a wider market a variable SAT control is now a feature. Any units without one can be retro-fitted either by Mr Bill or myself.
