Hi Eric, I have a need to reduce the vertical sensitivity above the horizontal axis of the 11 inch Aqua Star coil w/o reducing the vertical depth below the coil too much. One confined space we're searching has overhead metal hardware within 15" of the dirt surface we're scanning. Any suggestions? Thanks---Rick

Thanks, Eric. I'll test out your suggestion. Is there any merit to looking into parabolic, reflective type covers mounted over coil to achieve similar effects? ---Rick

Hi Rick,
None at all at the frequencies in question.
Eric.
