Eurotek Pro

Thinking about getting an ETPro and I was just curious as to why there is not much conversation on the forum about these.

I think the time of year has alot to do with it, lots of us are snowed in and can only dream about detecting. As many of you know I am very fond of Tesoro's but can honestly tell you that the ETPro is a very good detector. My wife & I each had one last summer and we both really enjoyed using them. They get good depth, the iron tone feature works great, and the meter was pretty accurate and last but not least they are alot of fun to use. I am not a relic hunter but they did very well on coins & jewelry. I believe that you would like the ETPro if you gave one a try.

My friend bought one with the 11in. coil and boy is that machine a silver hound. Already in 2014 he's on the board with 15 silvers with it.

SkiWhiz...That iron tone and iron ID is what caught my eye. And the price of course!

I mostly relic hunt, but I have found a couple of silver coins lately around some old homesites, kinda got me excited a little...:clapping:

Just to much iron in these areas for my single tone relic machine.

Smokey: As I have previously stated the Euro tec pro, when you learn its language is a real sleeper. I am looking forward to spring, when the ground is not frozen. Steve

Smokey I wish you would hurry up and get one so I can try it out to determine if I also will be purchasing one!! LOL :poke:

shoot me an e-mail. I bought one last Friday evening from a dealer so I could have it to display and demonstrate at a seminar on Saturday.

Yes, the Euro-Tek works reasonably well for what it was designed for, and works even better in tough conditions with the right search coil mounted. I bought the Euro-Tek Pro with 8" coil, and it's never ben used outdoors, only inside for demo purposes. I also have a brand new 5" DD and brand new 11" BiAxial (DD) coil to make a great package. I'll list it on the Classifieds when I get home later today as I am headed out the door right now for a research and site jaunt.

Curious, e-mail me and let me know what make/model you are currently using How do you think the Euro-Tek would be a 'fit' in your current detector arsenal for the types of sites you plan to hunt?
