Eurotek question

I was wondering if there is a way to set it up so it saves your last settings. I don't mind turning it on and adjusting a few settings but thought that it would be nice for my wife if she could just turn it on and hunt with the settings I had it on previously.

Yep, make your changes to the settings, then hold the menu button down until sens, disc and volume come up across the bottom of the screen, (takes 10 seconds or so) then power off, your settings will be saved.

Sounds easy enough, thanks so much I really appreciate it.

Steve-----That procedure is described on page 21 of the owners manual.------This Euro is sounding more & more like a real cool little detector.-----I guess I'm most concerned about how it will handle my mineralized ground with that pre-set gb.----Well, I shall see--mines supposed to show up Friday.

I hope it works well for you D&P-OR. I have a forum buddy in Maine, one in Illinois, I am in upstate New York, and your are in Oregon and there are others on the forums from I don't know where that has one or is getting one soon so we have the country pretty well covered and will find out how well the Euroteks will perform in different parts of the country. What coil are you getting with yours, I thought that mine was coming with the 8" coil but was send the 11"DD by mistake, which is fine with me, years ago I had a Fisher F4 with the 8", 4", and 11"DD coils and I used the DD coil 95% of the time.

Well I'm getting the 8" concentric coil with mine because I already have the 11" coil that will work on it.---I also have the 5" & 5 X 10 DD's for my GB Pro that will work on it.----I'm really hoping that 5x10 works well on it--I really like that coil on the GB.-----I just got a P.M. from Michael with the TID #'s for U.S. coins on it & they are the same as on the GB Pro & G2--so that's good----won't have to "re-think #'s on this machine.-----It will be very interesting to hear the reports from around the country on this detector.-----Really appreciate hearing these early reports also.--------Del

mines supposed to show up Friday...............and the addiction  continues!!!!!....................Glad I am not the only one....thought I had a Problem....Whew!

My Eurotek Pro will be here in the morning. I'm getting the 8 inch concentric model.
I have a site picked out already to give it a try in....a yard loaded with iron and nails.
Every detector I have owned ( about 25 machines ) has been over this yard, so if anything
shows up with the Eurotek I will be very happy.....HH
