Ever find a ring this big???

This ring is 1.5 inches in diameter and was sold as a sovineir by the Texas Giant Jim Tarver back in the 1930's to supplement his circus sideshow income. Jim was 8 feet 6 inches tall and died at an early age of 35 from diabetes. When I dug this ring it was dark and I was sure it was just a piece of pipe so I tossed it in my trash. Luckily I spotted it the next day before it got thrown away.

That's pretty cool. Do you know if it was his ring size?
