Note that from the color I see, it may not be turquoise, but a dyed Howlite. That doesn't matter as all the value is in the silver unless you sell it to a hippie. You can confirm the difference by the hardness; howlite is 3 to 3.5 and turquoise is 5 or more. If you do the scratch test, be sure to do so in where it isn't easily seen.
