Explorer 11 and explorer se

I have the explorer 11 and wanted to know if you hunt in IM -16 no disc at all is the se better then the 11.I just got my lost treasure and their is a artical about the se but I didnt think rated it as high as everyone is.Dont want to make anyone mad.All I hunt in is Iron mask -16 are they the same.

I have the explorer 11 and wanted to know if the SE with the expanded Iron mask better then the explorer 11 in -16.I think both are great detectors.My op-ion on the article in lost treasure didn't make the SE sound like I would buy one dew to the difference in price from the explorer 11 and the SE,but I think all explorers are fine detectors.I re- read what I wrote in previous post and It didn't come out like I wanted it to. sorry,

IM is the same on all three machines. On the SE it goes to -32 (as opposed to -16 on the XS and II), but they just increased the resolution on the SE from -16 to -32 (it was obviously doubled) though -16 on the XS is equivalent to -32 on the SE. So one step on the SE is equivalent to 1/2 step on the XS (or 1 step on the XS is equivalent to 2 steps on the SE). Hope this helps!

And -30 on the SE is -15 and so on. This may mean that the next Explorer will have -64 Iron Mask. Well it don't matter to me cause I use Conduct and you can't hunt in -16 or -32 its made for Ferrous mode. I like Conduct but -13 or -26 on the SE is as low as I can stand it, I know it will null on the iron stuff but the good targets still have a magic way of sounding off in the middle of the null. GO CONDUCT.
