Hello explorer owners,
My friend wants to sell me a explorer 2. no box, no rechargeable battery pack,standard coil, in good condition. What is the market value for this detector ?

I bought a used E2 with no battery pack for $525 delivered. (2 months ago)
A buddy just bought a E2 with Stock coil and a joey coil w/ batteries for $635

So I would say a E2 without a battery $525-$550

From a friend $500-$525

I sold my previous E2 to a buddy --with stock coil/rechargeable battery and charger/alkaline pack for $500

Good luck and that is a great machine!! Even better if you add a Pro Coil.
