Explorer gets some gold
Hi worked the beach for about 5 hours got the 2 small earrings both 14k
Im Having a hard time learning the new detector ,I feel that I am missing gold.
Might take me months or to get to the level of skill I have with the Excalibur
I set a gold program in the explorer to discriminate pennies dimes and quarters.
I guess it worked didn
 
I took about 100+ pieces of gold of all types from the smallest to the largest and programmed each one in the learn function so it accepts them. After I tried passing a quarter , dime , penny ,I got no response from them.
I know that if you use any amount of discrimination there
 
I'm sure you've got it covered. I found a Gold band that came in like a Wheatie. But thats one in a thousand I guess. I don't normally hunt Jewelery. Good hunting.
