Hello,everyone...
Doc,you will probably remember me as "Grey Ghost Headphones", from Costa Rica. Thanks, once again, for that Monu-Mental effort in getting me those new Headphones..Kudos to your Modus-Operandi..
Being here in Central America, where would you suggest that I send my ExplorerXS to for Repairs, after about a Year,It is refusing to turn on,in this High Humidity, something might have gotten Moldy!

You really have very few choices in the matter other than to send it to the United States.
The main facility for Minelab is here in Las Vegas.
You can send it to them directly along with a note as to what is wrong with it. Include your email and phone number, and your credit card information in case there are charges. You can tell them that as long as the charges are below a certain level to go ahead and repair it.
Here's their information:
USA - Marketing & Distribution
Minelab USA Inc.
871 Grier Dr., Suite B1
Las Vegas, NV 89119 USA
Tel. (702) 891-8809
Fax. (702) 891-8810
Email: minelab@minelabusa.com
Take care!
