Explorer XS - Explorer II - Explorer SE

Help! I am looking for someone who can help me pass an Explorer Trivia Test! I need some info on which to base which Explorer model will work for me. Naturally I would like to go for the SE but finances will not allow that at the present time.
The stock coils on all three models are interchangeable? The stock SE coil is lightest in weight and the stock coils of both the earlier models weigh the same?
How much actual total weight difference is there between the XS and the II. How much weight difference between the II and the SE?
I understand the new SE has a faster processor than earlier models. I read somewhere that the Explorer II has an electronic feature that the older XS doesn't have but I don't know what that feature is.
I am anxious to learn the "flute like sounds of the Explorer" and to learn and enjoy its ability to locate that deeeeep silver. Thanks guys, Cory

Interchangeable coils? Yes. SE model the lightest in weight? Yes by weight scale, my arm couldn't tell any weight difference, no girly arms here. XS and II same weight by scale. The Exp.II and the SE have a digital screen with a conduct# and a ferrous#, the XS only has a ferrous# but if you hunt in the cross hair screen all three are the same. I believe the Expl.II will do fine to learn the flute sound and then move up to the SE when the money comes around.
