Explorer's upper shaft

Does anyone know if the upper shaft, when ordered from Kellyco comes with the lower shaft camlock?

It has to. Otherwise there wouldn't be any way for the lower shaft to to lock into it. The shafts that KellyCo sells are Minelab shafts so you shouldn't have any problems.
